Delivery
UK Standard Delivery
Goods are despatched via the Hermes 48 hour service or via TNT's postal service (the firm chosen for delivery is predetermined by the weight, size and value of your goods, and this is something that we are unable to override) and although these are not guaranteed delivery services the majority of our items will be delivered within 2 working days from despatch.
We aim to despatch all goods within 2 working days. . Orders outside of the UK and Ireland may take a few extra days to be despatched and delivered.
Please be advised that delivery of parcels to business addresses can take longer than those sent to home addresses.
Also note that, unfortunately, we may have to wait up to 18 working days (or 25 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to issue refunds or replacement items for any parcels that might have been lost or delayed during transit.
A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the couriers will attempt a further two deliveries and subsequently will return the parcel to ourselves. Please note our advisors cannot be held responsible if you are not at the delivery address to accept goods when they are delivered.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery applies to UK orders placed before 15:00 and where the delivery surcharge of £4.00 (total charges £8.00) has been paid. Orders despatched via our next day delivery partner will be delivered to mainland UK addresses within one working day once despatched. Orders received by us before 15:00 on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders received after 15:00 on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. This is not a guaranteed service for selected postcodes, see the list of postcodes below where we cannot offer a next day service. In addition next day delivery is not available to the Republic of Ireland.
A signature is required when using this service. If the first attempt to deliver fails then delivery will be attempted on two further occasions. Further attempts will not incur additional charges. On each occasion, a card will be left with a telephone number to call so that delivery can be reattempted. Alternatively, it can be arranged for the parcel to be delivered to an alternative address, or collected from the nearest collection point by calling the telephone number on the delivery card.
Where the £4.00 surcharge has been paid, any back-ordered items will be sent via next day delivery once the stock becomes available. Where an initial order has been sent via next day delivery and the goods then returned to us, any exchange items will be sent via our standard delivery service.
