This was the first time I have ordered from Joe Browns and I was really pleased with the items purchased. I did have to send one back but that was just because the style didn't suit me, nothing wrong with the item. I am a size 14 and all products purchased were a perfect fit.

Love the clothes - the style and the quality. I always receive loads of compliments when I am wearing my 'Joe Browns' . Feel amazing on - great for your self-confidence. Also love the convenience and the quality of customer service. I've happily recommended them to my friends and colleagues- not something I do regularly. Doesn't feel like 'traditional' mail order shopping - over the phone or by email I always feel treated like I'm 'in-store' and known to them. Your staff are part of your brand - and it works!
