Nice shirt but I ordered the 10 as the 8s were in short supply and it was way too big. Wasn't sure about the hem detail, with the buttons. I returned it.

In response to your comments, we are very sorry to have found that you two of the four items you ordered were unsuitable for yourself and were therefore returned to us.
With regards to what you have mentioned about using models, we don't use live models as we find that doing so can deter some customers from ordering because if, for example, we display a pair of our jeans worn by an older model, those in their late teens perhaps wouldn’t be able to see themselves in the jeans as well as they may if the jeans were being worn by a younger model. If we modelled the jeans on someone younger, however, this may then deter the more mature customer who is looking at the jeans being worn by a much younger person. We therefore offer bespoke size charts which give the exact garment measurement for each size we do in that particular style, so you can check the actual length of the items prior to purchasing. The size charts can be viewed by clicking on the garment which you are interested and then clicking the view size guide option.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, although we are sorry to have discovered that you have found issues with the sizing of the items that you purchased from us.
All of the items that we sell are trialled and tested on live people before, which allows us to make sure that the sizes are precise, although some items can occasionally involve a little trial and error in order to find the right fit due how items will vary in size depending on whether they are intended to have more of a fitted look or be a more relaxed fit. Nevertheless we are sorry.
