Too big - would have liked it smaller

The necklace was much bigger and chunkier than expected. It would have been a lovely necklace if it was smaller and more delicate because the design was unusual and attractive and it did not suit a big chunky necklace.

It didn't state how large the necklace was, website picture led me to believe it was a small heart of about 3cm on a chain that would finish just below neck line - reality was this huge heat about 6cms finishing below the waist line - it was heavy and not what I had in mind so I had to return it.

The product description was delicate and appeared quite subtle, it was not. Bit too chunky - we're a bit older (mid 40's) than target group so might explain. Probably just the photography though, so bearing in mind my liking for the brand no problem - as long as the return process smooth!
