Fantastic clothes with a funky feel, excellent service.
The beaded necklace is absolutely great but some of the varying size beads are too big for me which is a shame as I love it.
This is just one of many orders of great items.

I've ordered a couple of times now and have always been happy with the level of service and the clothes that arrived - always delivered pretty speedily. Discounts are good too!

Standard of clothing very high. I love the jewellry being allergic to Nickel etc it's really good to find somewhere that does it. I buy direct or through simplybe, but I think Joe browns delivery service is far better and simplybe seems to let them down, so maybe sell outsize clothing through JB direct?

Pendant is faulty, crack in the top heart, also pendant attached to a cheap string, so this is definitely a return.

Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to kindly leave your valued comments on Feefo. Receiving our customers’ feedback allows us to recognise our strengths, but more importantly our weaknesses which we can then make the necessary improvements to rectify any issues raised.
We are therefore sorry to see that the Double Heart Necklace that you kindly ordered unfortunately had issues regarding the fitting. Due to the comments you’ve kindly left, we will therefore inform the QC department so they can look into this further.
In regards to our returns service, we currently ask our customers to kindly cover the costs of posting returns back to us (unless an error has been made on our behalf) and this way it allows us to keep our prices at a competitively low rate without jeopardising the quality of our products. However, as we continue to grow as a company, a new returns policy is something we will look into in the near future. However in your case, an error has been made on our behalf therefore someone will be in contact with you shortly.
