Lvly piece a must have accessory real pleased with purchase had to order a smaller size as comes up quite big very stretchy.

I could see that the belt was damaged/broken without taking it out of the packaging. the nylon thread that secured the belt to the buckle was broken and due to this seemingly vunerable material I decided not have have a replacement

Bit too big
|
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to have discovered that you found the belt to be too big, though, so please accept our apologies for this. A large amount of time and effort goes into ensuring that our sizes are as accurate as possible. Shopping online does sometimes involve a little trial and error in order to find the right fit, however, because one firm's size medium might be the equivalent to another shop’s size small or large. We do as much as we can to ensure that our sizes are consistent across our collection and this is an area that is continuously being reviewed.
