Faulty stud that came away when opened plus no buckle available to purchase separately, quite confusing when you order online

I am therefore very sorry to see that the Jeans Belt caused disappointment for you in that a stud came away when the belt was taken out of the packaging and that the website did not make it clear enough that the buckles are sold separately. Your comments have been passed onto the relevant departments who can hopefully prevent disappointment like this occurring in the future. May I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Bought it in advance for my son as a gift..unfortunately when he opened it last week the size small was way too small....even altough he is very slight and always orders small in jeans or belts. However it has now expired the time scale for it to be sent back.

Thank you for your comments regarding the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that all the items were too small for your son. Please send these back and explain that they were for a birthday and we will either exchange or refund you. We are looking at our sizing of items so I will pass your comments on to the buying and QC departments.

My husband and I love Joe Browns stuff. The clothes are brilliantly unique and individual. Love having great clothes than are not high street. I always get positive comments whenever I wear a Joe Browns item of clothing. Always prompt delivery and clothing 'does exectly what it says on the tin!' If only the returns were free or subsidised - it would make the perfect shopping experience! Keep up the great work and thanks.
