initially on the firsty wear i was happy with this product but when worn the 2nd and 3rd time the paint from the beads is very flaky. i havent returned as it was around £5 and it doesnt seem worth the hassle.

The QC Department will therefore be informed of your valued feedback regarding the quality of material of the Cardigan and that the paint began to come away on the Russian Doll Beads. They can then look into these matters you have unfortunately encountered further and if necessary the suppliers will be contacted. May we thank you for taking time to recently leave your feedback on Feefo. We treat all feedback from our customers in a constructive manner to see where our strengths are, but more importantly to pin point our weaknesses so we can make the necessary improvements.
We are therefore very sorry to see that the Russian Doll Beads and the Double Heart Necklace you kindly ordered from us were not suitable for you due to quality issues and the bracelet not being to your expectations. The QC Department will be informed that the slip knot on the necklace came apart with minimal wear and they can look into this further. The Marketing Department will also be informed that the bracelet was not clearly represented in the image displayed and will work harder to further improve this matter. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment that may have resulted from this.
In regards to our returns service, we currently ask our customers to kindly cover the costs of posting returns back to us (unless an error has been made on our behalf) and this way it allows us to keep our prices at a competitively low rate without jeopardising the quality of our products. However, as we continue to grow as a company, a new returns policy is something we will look into in the near future.
