Vintage Bracelet is very tight on the wrist. Not very impressed with it

We are sorry to have found that you were not completely satisfied with the Vintage Bracelet that you recently purchased , so please accept our apologies for this.
With regards to postage, we note that your order was placed over the weekend whilst we were closed but was then shipped promptly on Tuesday once we reopened after the bank holiday Monday. Nevertheless we are sorry if it took longer for your order to be processed than you had anticipated it to. We do hope that this delay didn't cause you any inconvenience.

I like the shop and the products are unique and funky. However, not offering free returns is not good. It cost us £7 (cheapest price!) to return some items which puts us off buying from you again in case something doesnt fit.

Very fast despatch and the courier used delivered immediately and was very contactable, friendly and helpful. It's nice to not have to worry about being home for your delivery or missing it and having to trek to the sorting office. I just rang the courier on the number he left on his calling card and was able to arrange a delivery time, which happened to be first thing the following morning. Easy to use website that saves time-wasting by showing if your size or choice of colour is in stock. Fantastic no quibble acceptance of returns and an immediate refund given. Would probably order more often if there was free delivery.
The clothes I purchased were of good quality and were of material that was comfy and nice to the touch to wear. Nice to be able to buy from a range of designs different to those in the high street shops. Tops varied a little in tightness or looseness although they were all the same size but the ones I kept were a nice fit and it didn't break the bank to return the others. I haven't yet tried any trousers or skirts.
Will definitely be buying from Joe Browns again and am looking forward to seeing their new season's collection.

Really pretty, very femine without being girlie. Will dress up anything giving it a funky twist.
