i love the original styles but am frustrated with inconsistent sizing. please be consistent because you charge for returns which i read is technically illegal

they are a good supplier of bits and bobs that you can'[t easily find else where. the selection is good for casual clothing and the only word of cocern i have is that alot of the knit wear is acrlyic rather than wool

Good products at reasonable prices and excellent sale prices but products bought in sale and shown as in stock at time of ordering are subsequently out of stock and not available. Should ensure information on site, especially at sale time, is up to date and in real time. Frustrating to have half the order not available.

The service is fine as is the quality. The order did take some time compared to other orders in the past and the website was not helpful in terms of when it would or if indeed it would be despatched.
One item was faulty see comments below but the though the item cannot be replaces a refund was offered promptly. To date do not know if this has come through.

I absolutely love Joe Browns and i rarely buy clothes from anywhere else. Everytime i wear something new i've bought someone will always comment on it. I love that i have never seen anyone else wearing the same stuff as me!

I really liked some of my orders - the material and stiching quality was v good. Some items did not mach this high standard. The dress I ordered in two sizes and both seemed very different in cut?! Overall excellent items- good value and then not so good items... very varied
