The necklace is beautiful but the chain snapped on its first wear :( I'm being sent a replacement (customer service was fantastic- no qualms there) so am looking forward to wearing it when it arrives!

Picture on website doesn't accurately show the size and proportions of the necklace, the pendant was a bit big and garish for my tastes. Wasn't happy that I had to pay extra to return items, when I first started ordering from JoeBrowns, the cost of returns postage was covered, would be nice to see that reinstated.

Cameo had come off the setting and was chipped all round the edges, but will be a big bold statement piece if the replacement is ok.

Was diffic photo but still didn't think quality was good. I had thought it was gold coloured, and smaller.
