Sadly, a poor quality necklace - the engraving was very faded so you couldn't read it properly and the metal and beads seemed cheap and plasticky. Also, it was much longer than I had expected from the pictures

Despite missimg the next day delivery cut-off time, the sales lady checked with her supervisor and was allowed to process the order. it arrived early the next morning as promised enabling me to wear if for my birthday drinks out. Thank you Joe Browns!
