my jacket had to be replaced 3 times due to poor quality but the customer service was excellent

Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns.
We were very sorry to see that the jacket had to be replaced three times as this is just not acceptable and the way we normaly expect our jacket qualities to be.
I have now taken this matter up with the Q.C department and are taking the matter up with the supplier of this jacket.
Again thank you for bringing this to our attention and I hope you have a great summer.
