I absolutely love this jacket! It is just what I wanted, even though it's a mens jacket - it's cosy, warm and the fur trimmed hood makes it lovely and snuggly! However, I have returned this item once after the lining around the sleeve seam started to fray and come apart. The item was replaced and I have no issue with the way it was dealt with. However I now have the same problem with the replacement coat, and the lining is also coming away from the coat below to inside pocket. I can see why this is happeneing, due to the fairly open weave of the lining fabric. However, I don't want to send it back for a refund since I do love this coat... and a replacement seems futile!
