Ordered these cords in size 30 waist a while ago. when they eventually came, although they were labelled 30" I actually measured them myself and they were 34". So I phoned customer services and the guy I spoke to said "it's the style of the cords. They are designed to be big around the waist." By 4 inches??? Rubbish.
So I said I wanted to return them and I was told I'd be sent a bag to return the cords in, and I've been waiting a over a week now.
They are very nice though. Good quality and look great, IF you get the right size.

I was glad to see that you are pleased with our clothing, pricing and service. I am sorry to see that you have experienced size issues with the Fried Frog Utility Cords you kindly ordered. Very impressed with the customer service at Joe Browns. There was an initial problem with the original delivery of the goods and they were quick to respond and despatch replacement goods.

Great products excellent quality but sometimes I would love to get some clothes for my husband waistcoats jeans etc but he is of the larger taller size just something of an option would be great for him. Hes fit as powerlifting helped him.Thanks

waist measurement is not as per size. 30" waist actually measures 32". I kept these as they are not too bad with a belt and they were cheap. Otherwise I would have returned.

Thank you for taking the time to send your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns.
We were disappointed to see that the cords were the incorrect size. I would imagine that they have the incorrect size label in, so we apologise for this. As a company we want to provide our customers with perfect items and would want sub standard items replacing, so please in future where items are incorrect please return.
I have also passed this through to Q.C who will check any stock we have left.

I never opened the product as it was a present for my son. He reports that these trousers are superb and fit well.

Difficult to get the sizing right. I ordered a 34 which is my normal leg length and these were far too long (probably because they are a looser fit than I normally go for). I then ordered a 32" leg length but these seem a little too short. Also the waist size seems much larger than the normal 32" trouser I buy anywhere else.
