Consistantly good quality and service with all the goods I have bought from Joe Browns.
The only problem with them is the inconsistancy with sizing. The 3 long sleeve t-shirts I bought were all marked as XXL-46" Chest, however each 1 comes up as a different fitting, so 1 was pretty snug, 1 was just right and 1 was baggy. This wouldn't be so bad if you could return items for exchange without paying postage, but unfortunately you can't. So because of poor information I would have had to pay £4 to return them, and possibly postage to have the correct sizes sent to me. I also recently bought some track bottoms, which fitted fine on the waist, but were ridiculously huge in the leg width. Again, to send them back I had to pay £4 postage to return them. I now think long and hard before I order from Joe Browns and usually decide against it!! |
