Good were delivered quickly. My son is pleased with his shirts and would buy from Joe Brown again, but I would not.

I rang the day after placing the order online, to ask if I could request express delivery as the items were needed urgently for a birthday deadline. I was told that the order had gone to the warehouse and there was nothing that could be done to speed up the order. No other offer of help with this was made. I was left very disappointed by the lack of help provided by your staff at this time.

Ordered on-line and all arrived 3 days later. Delighted with everything - 3 family members with new items and all pleased. Wasn't sure if the ocean front dress was going to be what i wanted, but lovely material and drapes really nicely, now all I need is a bit of sunshine!

Your service is great BUT the delivery is extremely slow!!! Last 2 orders took 1 week to arrive! Not good enough!!!!!
