Unfortunately after just three hours these boots fell to pieces. The courier then lost the replacements & I'm currently awaiting another pair. No problem with the staff though, all very polite & efficient.

I rang the day after placing the order online, to ask if I could request express delivery as the items were needed urgently for a birthday deadline. I was told that the order had gone to the warehouse and there was nothing that could be done to speed up the order. No other offer of help with this was made. I was left very disappointed by the lack of help provided by your staff at this time.

Went for a 10 mile walk in these in Ireland last week and I cannot begin to tell how great these are to walk in.... so comfortable and sturdy plus they look great....

Ordered size 7 and the boots were easily a size 9/10.
