Why the f**k should I have to write a comment on something that I have rated as excellent?!
This requirement is such a disincentive to providing feedback. Joe Brown's need to be aware of this disincentive... and how can your third party provider of this service justify that the feedback can be done in 15 seconds when feedback is required for every response?! This is the last time I am providing feedback unless the system changes. |
