Terrific summer/autumn jacket. Fully lined and I felt it was well worth the money! I haven't washed it yet so dont know how it will be. But I'm optimistic....Joe Browns always wash well!

I like Joe Browns because of the styles being different to those on the High Street and the quality of material is also good. I have to admit I usually wait for the sale leaflets, have bought a few things full price. The sizes tend to be on the small side, usually have to order larger size for comfort, not just for me also if I order for my son, need extra size.

Having purchased a jacket for my son. Found, on delivery that it was to small in size . Contacted customer service prior to exchange, who confirmed larger size in stock. In addition during the intervening period the price of the jacket had been reduced in price. As a result the jacket was promptly delivered in the larger size required along with vouchers for the price difference. Excellent customer service and exchange delivery turn around.

I received the jacket a day later after I ordered, so far its been a great jacket to use! its very comfortable and trendy. The zip sometimes gets stuck whenever you zip it up/down too fast, but its only a minor problem that can be easily fixed!
Like the description says, it really does suit most types of clothes.

Really like the clothes, and they aren't too expensive, especially if they are in the sale! The things I have bought have been commented upon.
