Ok, it would be better if when we place the order we had an option to have the items delivered to an alternative address. DHL delivered my parcel and their nearest depot is 1hr 15 minutes away! i had to then contact DHl and get them to deliver to work. It says on the email it is Hermes who deliver, if it had been they deliver to me all the time and it would have been easier.
