01-Oct-2012	Love Joe Browns products. Would rate 'Excellent', but something that would be better would be a better system of returns - prepaid packaging for example. Buying online only really works for me if I know I can over-buy and easily return the items that don't fit/look right.

26-Jul-2012	Had to return it as it didn't fit, which I don't get, as my shirt size from other manufacturers is 'M' Cost of return postage adds to the purchase cost, making it a less appealing purchase. Still waiting for the replacement...	Thanks for your feedback, but we're sorry to see this item didn't fit. One point to bear in mind is that one firms size M could be the same as another's L or S, and we note that you ordered a 42" chest on your last order, so it could be that you needed a size L (42) in this shirt rather than an M (40).
