I am therefore sorry to see that the Smokin’ Tee, the Digital Revolution Tee and the Iconic 2-Pack were not suitable for you due to the designs of the Smokin’ Tee and Digital Revolution Tee and the fit of the Iconic 2-Pack. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment that may have resulted from this.
In regards to our returns service, we currently ask our customers to kindly cover the costs of posting returns back to us (unless an error has been made on our behalf) and this way it allows us to keep our prices at a competitively low rate without jeopardising the quality of our products. However, as we continue to grow as a company, a new returns policy is something we will look into.

Nice Tee shirt but small for an XXL....Generally I find that the clothes from Joe Brown have a lack of consistent sizeing
