I have never had to send anything back to Joe Browns so that in itself says it all. All good quality, and quite unique, love it!!!

Delivery service is slow, even though it's paid for. The person delivering the goods was some old sore faced woman in plain clothes driving a blue peugot car. Not sure which company this was.
