I was so disappointed with these. I am between a 10 - 12 in jeans, but these were so tight at the top of my legs then easier fitting everywhere else that they felt so uncomfortable.

I am therefore very sorry to see that the Dress of the Season and the Shagged & Faded Jeans were not suitable for you and I hope there is something more suited to your style and taste in the next catalogue we are excited to deliver in September. Please accept my sincere apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience that may unfortunately have been caused.
In regards to our returns service, we currently ask our customers to kindly cover the costs of posting returns back to us (unless an error has been made on our behalf) and this way it allows us to keep our prices at a competitively low rate without jeopardising the quality of our products. However, as we continue to grow as a company, a new returns policy is something we will look into in the near future.

They don't fit me!! (perhaps a diet....!?)

I was happy to see that you and all your family enjoy the vast range of products we are proud to offer. I am however sorry that the Shagged and Faded Jeans caused a problem for you in regards to the sizing and this is something we have passed onto our QC Team.

Fantastic as usual.Ordered 2 different sizes in the breathtaking top kept the size 14 even though I am a small 12.Tried them on over jeans,leggings etc and felt the bigger size didn't cling as much.The jeans are brill good fit.The beach party hoody is fabby get asked about it every time I wear it ,it will see TITP this year.Iam an old hippie/punk at heart and at the age of 51 I don't know anywhere else that I can find such funky clothing and I never feel that I am to old to wear your stuff. When your 18 yr old son says you look good you know your onto a winner.The rock n rose vest true to the words

love the clothes, quick delivery, quick refund on return ,quick responce to e-mails with quieries,altogether very good service,will definately be ordering again!
Just one point to make that discount codes don't always seem to work,or it is not clear which one is valid at the time.
