Too small for a size 7, did not fit at all. Wasn't happy that I had to pay extra to return items, when I first started ordering from JoeBrowns, the cost of returns postage was covered, would be nice to see that reinstated.

Dispatched quickly. Had to rearrange delivery but that was not problematic. You could do with providing a printed returns label with your invoice. Surprised at having to pay to return. Appreciate your comment on why but it would definitely put me off ordering a variety of things to choose from and things like jeans and shoes which you need to try for fit and are heavier. I would shop elsewhere for those in future..

I like them, but there is a slight fault, one of the straps is visibly longer than the others.
