The only drawback of Joe Browns is that you have to pay for sending items back. This really makes me hesitate when ordering.

the quality of the fir at the top of the gloves is a bit poor and it keeps turning the wrong way,

really cute and warm, but did take them in at the wrist to keep the draught out - surely thats what the lacing should do?

Excellent service. The girls I have spoken with on phone when placing orders etc. have been more than helpful. They have a lovely manner and speak with you and you would do a friend - excellent. I absolutely love everything about Joe Browns - keep up the good work :-)
