The edges of one of the wrist warmer were unravelling when the arrived. I have not worn them, and I will be sending them back for a refund.

I have always been extremely happy with this company. From answering the phone to delivery. They are also very understanding and will go to extremes that other companies wouldn't dream of. Keep up the good work.

I e.mailed an order on 3rd Jan and received acknowledgement same day. 7 days later i phoned to find out where my order was, and was told it would be picked from the warehouse that day because they had been busy. An e-mail arrived the following day to say it had been picked and posted. The order arrived in the usual time approx 3 days. That was poor, an e-mail to say there was a back log would have been good
