Have ordered several times before, received most orders, but one got lost about two years ago and the refund process was very long and difficult, i ended up losing around £45 so that put me off a little. But generally i love everything.

I have reluctantly rated this as poor. I have worn my gorgeous coat 3 times during which 2 buttons have fallen off, one of which is lost forever, and the lining has started to "fray" in 3 places, the centre back seam and on both armhole seams. My coat is not a tight fit on me and I am aware that these are points where there is pressure but the seam allowances just are not sufficient to withstand movement. The lining is beautiful and maybe you could send me some fabric so that I can have it re-lined but with more allowance for seams and give at the centre back. I know other people have had the same problems but I love the styling of the coat and am disappointed. Only other thing is that it creases easily. Aside from that, it looks fantastic on!

I cant really rate this as I absolutely loved it but it was too big and unfortunately had to return it for a refund - which I received promptly
System wouldn't let me submit without rating the product, so although the product itself was good quality it had to be returned as too big |

This is the second coat I have had. The first coat the lining shredded in four places. I am now having to return the replacement because the strap at the back has not been stitched on properly causing the coat to fall funny at the back due to the puckering. If I did not like the coat so much I would have asked for my money back.
