Stunning, excellent quality jacket which I wanted to keep but had to return as size 12 was true to size and therefore too small (absolutely gutted :-( !). It also took the courier 5 days to deliver the jacket - so excellent on product, communications and refund, but poor on delivery service used.

Huge! more like a 14 than a size 10

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to have discovered that you found the jacket to be too big, though, so please accept our apologies for this. A large amount of time and effort goes into ensuring that our sizes are as accurate as possible. Shopping online does sometimes involve a little trial and error in order to find the right fit, however, because one firm's size medium might be the equivalent to another shop’s size small or large. We do as much as we can to ensure that our sizes are consistent across our collection and this is an area that is continuously being reviewed. Item returned, I did not like the way the collar sat, nothing wrong with the quality, only the style.

Better in reality then on picture. Good fit, right size. Got compliments for it.
Its not a winterjacket though but for spring and autumn and chilly sommernights in Finland. Great buy! |
