i am usually extremley pleased with all my Joe Brown purchases and thier service, however this time i placed my order on line (birthday present)order was exepted, the next day received email to say out of stock. when i rang to see which size was available and it was this particular call i was not happy with. could have been handled with more focuss on customer service.

was going to order this jacket months ago,glad i waited got it for a bargain price and i love it,was only size 12 and up left,but size 12 fits great,im normally a 10 but quite busty so the 12 gave me a bit more room at the front to fasten.looks gorge on and snuggey too.thanks joe brown for your great sales.

Had been looking for a faux fur jacket for a while and Joe Brown's was the nicest one I found. Have had many compliments on it and it can be dressed up or down.
