I ordered a size 10 in this dress, because I wear a size 10. The dress delivered was far too small - I would think a size 6 - 8 and the size label had been cut out of the back of the dress. There was a stick on label attached to the internal washing instructions label which read "10". I was very disappointed especially as there is no freemail returns policy and I'd already paid £4 to have it delivered. I won't be using you again.

We have spoken with our quality control department regarding this dress, and it seems that we had to remove the original labels as they were mislabelled, unfortunately it seems the item you received was a faulty one, so please accept our apologies for this. my daughters a 6 but even she found this dress cut really close and dug in her ribs, such a shame is really very lovely otherwise

excellent all round apart from the fact you have to traipse to the PO (and pay) for returns - it would be so much easier if the courier could take it with them when they come for the second delivery.

Far too small in the bust and the label had been cut out. I sent this back and am not too thrilled at having to pay again to send. This is not sized correctly. I'm not sure how you can tell what size it is with the label being absent? I bought 3 other items and they fit, one being a size smaller?
