I sent off several items for an exchange clearly stating that on the form but got a refund instead - it was only 2 weeks later when i rang to inquire that i found out they were refunded and i had to re-order them again. Unfortunately my belt was no longer available in a small and the medium was a bit too big. The order was then sent to the wrong address which i had to rectify.

Fabric very flimsy, poor quality
