Came up enormous. Had to return, which cost me money. Seemed more like an 18. Not quite as nice as looked in the catalogue.

A large amount of time and effort goes into ensuring that our sizes are as accurate as possible. Shopping online does sometimes involve a little trial and error in order to find the right fit, however, because one firm's size medium might be the equivalent to another shop’s size small or large. We do as much as we can to ensure that our sizes are consistent across our collection and this is an area that is continuously being reviewed. After reading other comments I ordered a size smaller than usual and am so pleased I did as it is still a little on the big side
