Unfortunately the detail threading and buttons on the coat were not secured enough so I had to return the coat. Joe Brown's was very apologetic and allowed me to return the jacket for exchange so I did. They sent the same item back but the same issue happened again. The detail threading unraveled and mostly all of the buttons feel off. It would not have been so bad if the coat wasn't $140. I was very disappointed that I had to pay more money for the buttons to be resown on the coat more securely. I would have returned for a full exchange but I love the style of the coat. I felt I should have been discounted for the issue with the coat. I'm hesitant to buy anything else.

all the buttons fell off with in two days am sending it back for a replacement so hopefully these buttons won't fall off as love the jacket

Only problem is Ive had to send fora replacement as two of the buttons fell off whilst trying it on.

Despite the previous reviews with poor grades specifically about the quality of this coat I still ordered it - mistake , buttons fell off before I took it out of the packet and quality wasn't worthy of the cost , very thin material and no substance
