I rang the day after placing the order online, to ask if I could request express delivery as the items were needed urgently for a birthday deadline. I was told that the order had gone to the warehouse and there was nothing that could be done to speed up the order. No other offer of help with this was made. I was left very disappointed by the lack of help provided by your staff at this time.

It was a lovely jumper but unfortunately i couldnt wear it as i have very sensitive skin - so gave it to my daughter - she was thrilled with it.
