The service was great in getting the goods (though the courier didn't tell me it was in our shed so it may have been there quite a few days, even a week or so). What did upset me was the idea of paying £9 to return the items, two of which were for an exchange. The advisor is sending me a return label on this occasion but it means that sadly this is probably the last time I order - I can't afford to pay for trying clothes on in case they aren't suitable. Joe Browns is my favourite clothes shop and so many people comment on my items from here that I must have made many referrals - but paying for returns is not something I'll do. Sorry

This top is nice, it is a shame that there is no hole on one side to feed the wrap through, as both wrap arounds for each side seem to battle against each other. A hole to feed one wrap through would make the jumper sit flatter against the hips.
