Joe Browns are great! If there is ever any problem with the order there is always someone friendly and helpful on the end of the phone - not that problems are common! I had an item missing from my last order but I called and it was dispatched immediately (and is a fabulous dress by the way!) with no suggestion that I might be making it up...
The sizes can be a bit random but if you just get in the habit of checking the size guides for the actual garment size then its fine.

I am sorry to see that the Ditsy Chambray Shirt was not the right size for you. In regards to our returns service, we ask customers to cover the costs of returns (unless a mistake has been made on our behalf) so we can keep our prices at a competitively low price without jeopardising the quality. As we continue to grow as a company however we will look into a new returns service in the future.

I am therefore sorry to see the problems you experienced when you kindly ordered the Indispensible Coat and the Ditsy Chambray Shirt. I have passed through to the Marketing Department that you feel the images were not accurate representations of the garments and this is something they are constantly working on to improve further. I will also pass on to the QC Department that you feel the quality of the Indispensible Coat was not to the high quality standard we aim to deliver.
