Purchase was quick and simple, delivery was traceable and fast. The clothing varied wildly in shape and size which was unfortunate but negated by buying clothes ranging from and 8 to a 12 for a good fit. I'm a standard size 8 usually!

The customer service at Joe Browns is the best I have come accross anywhere and the products are just fantastic! I have no compaints, as even when I have problems with my order, which is very rare, it is all sorted out promptly and correctly. Brilliant stuff!!

I was absolutely delighted with everything I received.It came really quickly, the only item I will be sending back was for my boyfriend, the size was wrong for him and the style too boxy but appart from that Im more than happy with my purchases and have had so many comments on the beaded metalic shoes they are so lovely.

I originally tried to place my order using the website - however it was ridiculously slow and crashed 3 time. I begam frustrated and gave up. I then tetephoned my order through. The orperative was friendly and the the correct clothes arrived promptly.

love the clothes! everything i have bought i have enjoyed wearing. have had to re-sew some minor problems on a few items ie buttons, ties. will definately shop here again though.
