The zip has been a bit difficult to zip & unzip.

I have purchased quite a few items from Joe Browns and have always been happy with my purchases. Sometimes the colours differ from what they are in the magazine but this has never been a problem. I find the website easy to use although due to a technical error it sent my last purchases to my old address. I have been assured that this has now been rectified.
I sometimes purchase a product and then decide I want to add to my order the same evening. It would be handy if I could add to a current order up until it being processed as I ended up paying quite a lot in postage and packaging for items that could have been sent out together.
All in all I am very happy in the products and the service offered by Joe Browns and Chloe who rang me up in response to a query was very friendly and helpful. After speaking to her I recieved by items within 2 days.
