My teenage daughter examines the Joe Brown's catalogue avidly when it arrives, and has had a few items in the past which she has liked. This time, there were a few items I liked too, so when ordering for her I also ordered a few items for me to try, and also one for my teenage son. SIzes vary so much, so I had to order two sizes of each item to try. My kids both each kept an item - fine - but most of mine needed to go back for one reason or another. I was appalled at this point to discover that I would need to pay return postage. When I go to the shops, it doesn't cost me anything to try things on. I like the designs, but this will deter me from ordering in future. Is this really in Joe Brown's interests?
