Poorly made and back pockets covered in awful rhinestones which was not in the description.

The service and communication are great - the products a little erratic. There's a reason I usually shop the sale; it offsets the cost of having to return a bunch of what I try.

SERVICE IS USUALLY VERY PROMPT AND TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT. ON OCCASIONS (THE SUMMER TOP WAS ONE) I EXCHANGED FOR A SMALLER SIZE AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE I HAVE NOT RETURNED AGAIN AS I WOULD BE LOOSING MONEY TO PAY POSTAGE TWICE. I ALSO HAD DAMAGED SANDLES WHICH YOU REPLACED BUT BY THE TIME I RECIEVED THEM THEY HAD BEEN REDUCED, I WAS NOT REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE.

It's a great catalogue with original, unusual clothing. I always find something I like. The sizing is a little odd at times though!

All the items I received were really well finished, with some suprising extra details I hadn't picked up on in the catalogue. Eg my cargo trousers had lovely diamante buttons on (plus a handy spare one too!). Only gripe is that the colours on the catalogue didn't translate so well in real life as this is important in matching items to wear (eg my green cargo pants were more khaki brown - although I still love them!) perhaps the print could be improved? Really nice quality clothes that look a little different from the high street. Delivery was amazing. Ordered one lunchtime online and it came the next morning! Couldn't believe it. Well done!!
