I think that the clothes are great, good quality and the sales appear to be just that .... bargains!
Ordering couldn't be simplier and the delivery was really efficient, in fact it arrived within 48hrs .... so well pleased.

The colour is not an accurate representation of that shown in the catalogue and the 'embroidery' is what looks like cheap curtain trim.

I am a larger lady and it looks stunning with anything! Only problem was that on arrival, a button had fallen off, but nothing a quick needle and thread couldnt resolve!

Love the clothes. service usually great. Bit of a mixup with address at JB end - used an old address on despatch even though my order confiormation had new address but sorted when I rang through. Only problem I have ever had though so overall am pleased with JB - Thanks

The customer service at Joe Browns is the best I have come accross anywhere and the products are just fantastic! I have no compaints, as even when I have problems with my order, which is very rare, it is all sorted out promptly and correctly. Brilliant stuff!!

Didn't have my size so ordered smaller which of course didn't fit. Didn't realise either that it is very open at the front.
