I've found that Joe Browns is a great place to find clothes of a different style to the usual stuff! So it brilliant. Plus it's always good service and great choice!

Lovely products but I do not like having to pay both postage and returns postage; this reduces the number of items I order in case I have to send anything back. With my other catalogues (Littlewoods and Grattan) I have free postage, so I order a lot of items, which means I buy than I might do otherwise.

I love their products - always something a bit different, gorgeous fabrics and a wide range of sizes. My only critisism is when items shown as 'in stock' on the web site are then unavailable once ordered (and yet still show as available a week later!)

Service is good. I'm not sure whether you offer the opportunity to have goods delivered to a different address than the card I'm paying with, but if not this would be more convenient - most people work and it makes life far easier.
Kevin the delivery guy is helpful.
I really like the designs at Joe Browns, they're a little different from what at the local high street. Sometimes I find that the machining isn't that good though.

Loved the products but there was a long dely between ordering and despatch (26th June ordered, 2nd July despatched). All the size 16s were too small, even though that is my usual size. So it cost me a lot of money in postage both there and back to try on a lot of small fitting clothes that wouldnt fit any average size 16. Postage should be refunded if clothes are returned.

I think that the clothes are unusual and the website represents them well and presents them accurately. I particularly like the zoom feature which really allows you to see what you are getting.
My only criticism is the length of time it takes for delivery.
