This week we met up with Ben, who’s the web designer here at Joe Browns.

Check out the interview below to find out more about this awesome individual including how he found modelling in our latest campaign…

Web Designer Ben

Occupation?
Web Designer & Part Time Triathlete

Which is your favourite style from Joe Browns?
It’s got to be either a check shirt with rolled up sleeves or a short sleeve loud shirt to show off the tats haha.

Ben is wearing the All About Indigo Shirt £34.95 / Own Beat T-Shirt £17.95Burnout Biker Jeans £49.95Men’s Beanie £8.95

Why do you like Joe Browns?
It’s a brand for everyone that discriminates no one. Where else can I go from dapper to biker this easily.

What makes an individual?
Don’t worry about what others think, if you can go to the pub in a pair of cycling bib shorts then you sure as hell can rock those bold shirts.

How important is it to be yourself?
Always be yourself. There is only one of you. Unless you’re a twin. If people don’t like it, it’s their loss. I’m hilarious at times.

What’s your idea of a good time?
Ditching the cotton for the lycra and chewing up the tarmac on my road bike. The further out of the city the better! Especially if it finishes with a beer!

How did you find being in front of the camera?
I’ve worked with models before but it was odd being in front of the camera instead of behind it.

Fancy any future modelling?
Yes, I would love to model again. It was good fun. I’m always up for a laugh and the JB team are all about having fun.

Which individual inspires you the most?
After meeting Jonny Brownlee and him fixing my bike on a random ride out it inspired me that a regular guy from Yorkshire could go on to be a world athlete and Olympian. It inspired me to aim high in all aspects of life.

When was the last time you did something for the first time and what was it?
Over a year ago I took the plunge (literally) and decided to take up triathlons from a running background. Man that water was cold.
