Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy
We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason something’s not quite right, you can return your item for free within 28 days from the day after you receive your order.

All we ask is that you return items to us in the same condition in which they were despatched, i.e. unwashed, unworn, with labels and tags attached – in the same condition you’d expect an item to arrive with you. When we say unworn, obviously you can try items on for size and fit – just don’t wear that new pair of jeans out on the town before sending them back to us!

We’ll refund the full cost of the items you return to us, or we can swap them for something else for you – for more info about exchanges, check our Free Exchanges section.

How To Return - Drop Parcel at a ParcelShop Drop-off Point
Fill in the returns form we included in your parcel – tell us what you're returning and why. If you want to swap your item, tell us what we need to know – see the section below about exchanges for more info.

If you no longer have your returns form, please enclose a note giving us your name, address and order number (this can be found on your order confirmation).

Parcel the item in suitable packaging. You can use the original bag if it’s still intact, or you can use something else – just make sure whatever you’re sending back will be safe and secure during its journey from you to us.

There’ll be an Evri free returns label in your parcel – simply stick this label onto your parcel. If you're reusing the bag we sent you, make sure your returns label covers the barcodes next to your address. If you can’t find your returns label, simply click here to create and print a new one.

Take your parcel to your local Evri ParcelShop drop-off point – you can find your nearest one by clicking the button below.

Keep hold of the red section at the bottom of your free returns label, as it contains your tracking number – keep this safe until you know we’ve refunded you or sent your exchange order out to you. Please allow 14 days for this process to be completed before contacting us.
How To Return - Arrange a Collection

Book your collection via Evri’s website by using the button below. This process will prompt you to print a label, but, as long as you have the Evri returns label we included in your parcel, you don’t need to print a new one when prompted.

If you are using the free returns label we included in your parcel, keep hold of the red section at the bottom, as it incudes your tracking number. If you print and use the label from Evri’s website, keep a copy of the label, as it also contains your tracking number. Keep this number safe until you know we’ve refunded you or sent your exchange order out to you – in the unlikely event there are any problems with the return, we will need this tracking number from you. Please allow 14 days for this process to be completed before contacting us.
Lost Your Free Returns Label?
We include a free returns label in every parcel. Not sure what it looks like? Here’s a sample of one so you know what to look for. No longer have the label we included in your parcel? No problem! You’ve 3 different options:

Create a new label online and print it at home. Get a code online to take to your local drop-off point and print a label when you get there.* Get a code from your local drop-off point and print a label there.*

For options 1 or 2, click theEvri button. For option 3, you can simply visit your local Evri ParcelShop and create a label when you get there.*

*Use the ParcelShop finder to check your local drop-off point offers the ‘print in-store’ option before travelling – most do, but not all ParcelShops offer this option.

GOOD TO KNOW...
No longer have the label we included in your parcel? No problem! Just take your return to a ParcelShop and you can print a free returns label when you get there. If you do still have the Evri label we included with your label, you can just use that instead – stick the label on to your parcel and drop it at your local Evri ParcelShop. If you're reusing the bag we sent you, make sure your returns label covers the barcodes next to your address.

To arrange a collection or to drop the parcel at a locker, you will need your own printer.

Whichever option you choose, you will need to log your return with Evri by selecting one of the options below. It’s easy and only takes a minute to do.

Free Exchanges - Swap Your Item for a Different Size
Exchanges
Want to swap something you’re returning for a different size, another colour or even a different item altogether? No problem! We'll even pay the outbound P&P charge when despatching whatever you’ve asked for in exchange of your returned item!

On your returns form, list any items you require in exchange of anything you're sending back to us – make sure you tell us what you want instead, including the item code, the size you want it in and the colour (if the item is available in more than one colour).

If an item to be exchanged is more expensive than the one you’re sending back, write a daytime telephone number on your returns form so we can call you for payment – please don't write your card details on your returns form.

Free Returns Label
If you are returning your goods from France then you can take advantage of our free returns service.

Please follow the instructions highlighted on the document that was included in your parcel.

To arrange your return, just visit our partner Ezi Returns’ site by clicking here, and follow the instructions.

Preparing Your Item Before Sending It Back To Us
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and still have their tags and labels attached wherever possible.

Once you’ve arranged your return using the option above, you need to fill in the returns form we included in your parcel. Tell us what you're returning and why. If you want a refund, tick the ‘refund’ box. If you want to swap your item, tell us what we need to know – see the section below about exchanges for more info.

If you no longer have your returns form, please contact us before returning anything to us.

Take your parcel to a drop-off point and print a free returns label when you get there, or you can print a free returns label at home before you go. Alternatively, arrange a collection, put your feet up and wait for a courier to collect your parcel.

Remember, even if you’re printing a label when you get to a drop-off point, you still need to arrange your return online first using the option above.

Exchanges

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods to you (any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded), by re-crediting them to the debit or credit card that you used to pay. The goods that you return must be in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. Obviously this allows you to try the garments on, but we would ask that you ensure that all tags and labels are left in place and that the red "do not remove" label is not removed until you have decided that you will be keeping the goods.

We will process your refund no later than:

14 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to the address given above; or if the goods were not sent to you, 14 days after the day on which you tell us that you wish to cancel the order (where debit or credit card payments are concerned, no payment is taken for an order that is cancelled prior to us despatching any goods to you). Please note that international duties and taxes that may have been added to non-EU orders cannot be refunded by us and should be reclaimed directly from the tax authorities of the respective country of delivery.

RETURNING ITEMS FROM OUTSIDE UK & FRANCE

Returns Procedure
For international returns (excluding France), you will need to begin your return by visiting the Global-e returns portal.

Please note that you will need access to a printer in order to print a returns label. If you do not have access to a printer, you will need to return your order to us at the address shown within the sample "cancellation form" that appears below and pay the shipping costs in full yourself.

Once you have printed your returns label, pack the goods in suitable packaging and ensure that you enclose your returns note (please see the sample "return note" shown below) inside of your parcel before shipping it to us. Please observe the instructions given on the returns note.
