These boots did not turn out to be as nice as I had hoped from the pictures. If they had not been reduced in the sale, I probably would have returned them - the cuff and leg fits far too losely, around both the ankle and the calf and looks baggy and pretty ugly. Even over skinny jeans the shape is wrong and they don't have enough grip. I've turned down the tops and exchanged the large buttons to the other side of the fabric, and I'm happy with how they look like this. I love the colour and the fabric, the foot fits really nicely but the heel is too loose to hold my foot well, even though my actual size is 5&1/2. The soles are also very slippy with virtually no grip which is a shame in a boot that would otherwise be pretty practical. I'm going to wear these a lot - I just wish they looked nice at their full length.

Some people had commented that the sizes were small but I took a chance and ordered a 7 and with a bit of wearing in they will be fine, because they are knitted they give quite quickly.

I bought these for my daughter, they were so tight that she could not get her foot through to the bottom

In regards to our returns service, we currently ask our customers to kindly cover the costs of posting returns back to us (unless an error has been made on our behalf) and this way it allows us to keep our prices at a competitively low rate without jeopardising the quality of our products. However, as we continue to grow as a company, a new returns policy is something we will look into in the near future.
