How to Make a Garden Seating Area

A seating area enhances your garden space so much, whether you’re entertaining guests on a hot day or simply soaking up the sun alone.

Select a location in the garden with suitable shade and privacy. Then, add a central point, such as a garden table or a firepit, to gather your seating around.

A parasol will help to provide shade from the rays, as well as a touch of boho elegance. Finish by adding a few garden cushions for ultimate comfort. 

Can Garden Furniture Be Left Outside?

Our garden furniture is wonderfully waterproof to tackle rough weather. However, to keep it looking gorgeous summer after summer, you can cover it with a tarp overnight or over long periods of no use. 

Can Garden Furniture Go On Grass?

While our garden seating looks wonderful laid out on a lawn, it can squish grass over time. If you have a patio or decking, this is a perfect spot for your deck chairs or garden benches instead. 

However, if your garden is entirely made up of lawn space, don’t despair! You can still enjoy our stunning seating by adding rubber caps to the legs of your garden chairs.

Alternately you can move furniture around to protect your grass, avoiding having pressure in one spot for too long. Our beanbags and deck chairs are perfect to pick up and place wherever the sun is shining.
