We thoroughly appreciate all of the feedback that we receive, as we believe it allows us clearly see our strengths and the areas where we could perhaps improve.
In response to your comments, we are truly sorry to have found that you had discovered issues with three of the items that you've purchased recently so please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment and inconvenience that might have been caused.
With regards to sizing, a vast deal of time and effort go into ensuring that our sizing range is as uniform as possible across the clothing that we sell, although some items can occasionally involve a little trial and error in order to find the right fit. This is due to how items will vary in size depending on whether they are intended to have more of a fitted look or be a more relaxed fit. The matter of choosing a size can be made more difficult because of the variations between different retailers and the fact that there is no standardised UK sizing specification for clothing retailers. Nevertheless we strive to ensure that choosing a size is as easy as possible, which is something that we will be attempting to further improve going forwards.

Love the innovative style and the layering of the clothes shown in the catalogue its v. useful! Delivery on time, goods...Great, so no problem really, will use again.
