Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Run the tape under your arms and straight across your shoulder blades.
Waist
To find your waist, bend to one side and measure where you bend. (That's today's workout sorted!)
Hips
Your hips are about 20cm down from your waist. It's the fullest part that you need to measure.
Inside Leg
Meaure from the top of your inside leg to just below the ankle.
Petite Sizes
Our Petite sized garments are designed to fit women at a height of approximately 161.5cm (5ft 3in) and under. Our regular body measurements will remain true to size, but you will find the length of the garment, waist positioning and sleeve length will change, to cater for a shorter proportions.

Our new Tailored Fit shirts offers a more tailored fit across the shoulders and sleeves than our Regular men's shirts. You will find the body is more fitted, for a slimmer look, making it easier to wear under blazers and waistcoats. Our regular body measurements will remain consistent across both Regular and Tailored shirts, but the fit will vary accordingly.

If you either have a non-standard sized bed, find it to be in between sizes, or have a slightly deeper mattress, then size-up your fitted sheet for a quality fit. Our fitted sheets come in a standard depth of 25cm.

Content & Care
Fabric cover Outer: 100% Polyester, Inner: 20% Cotton & 80% Polyester, Hot water bottle: Rubber & Cap PP
Directions: Remove fabric cover and stopper and fill with warm water, maximum two thirds full. Expel air from the bottle by lowering carefully onto a flat surface until water is visible at the opening. Replace the stopper and tighten by hand, ensuring it is on securely. Put the fabric cover back on. Cautions: Do not fill with boiling water. Do not overfill. Do not sit or lie on top of a hot water bottle. Do not place anything on top of the bottle during storage. Check for leaks before using. Do not use if bottle or stopper is split or broken. Always use the cover. Do not heat in a microwave or oven. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Remove water before storing. Keep out of reach of children. WARNING: HOT WATER BOTTLES CAN CAUSE BURNS. AVOID PROLONGED DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SKIN.
